Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

Start date: 6 November 2025

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (only local candidates will be considered)

Salary: 3400 BGN gross

Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:0022:00

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with fluent French and English (C1 level) to join our team in Sofia.

You will support CATs digital products and services handling inbound and outbound requests from both end consumers and CAT retailers.

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer requests via phone email chat and webform
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to CATs digital products
Assist customers with spare parts searches and purchases
Provide high-quality customer service in every interaction

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (C1 level) both written and spoken
Minimum 12 years of experience in a BPO environment or with US customers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
