Job Description
The Opportunity:
Saint Lukes Hospital in Kansas City is looking for a part time Wellness Coordinator to coordinate health enhancement services for specific corporate clients specifically to educate motivate and triage the high risk participants to appropriate programs and services. To serve as a resource for all participants in assisting them with managing their health and healthcare needs. A Wellness Coordinator to work with the City of KCMO employees. Must be Registered Dietician(RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
The Work:
- Facilitate nutrition related programs designed to improve employee health.
- Conduct nutrition and diabetes related coaching.
- Work with wellness team to develop strategic planning.
The Shifts:
T W R day shifts - some early mornings. This person may work in multiple locations an occasionally remote.
