Job Description Summary
A Wintrust Investments (WTI) Recruiter Associate will be part of a dynamic sales team that operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Wintrust Investments a division of Wintrust Financial. A Recruiter Associate will support the Managing Director of Recruiting and National Markets by executing on the strategic recruiting vison of WTI provide technical and operational support for new Financial Advisor onboarding and leverage exceptional organization communication and teamwork skills. The role will be office-centric with a requirement to be in our office on average 3 days per week.
What Youll Do
- Be a strategic member of the team directly involved in all facets of the search process including business development and candidate sourcing assessment and development.
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for candidates and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of candidate qualifications and fit for role requirements with a keen understanding of the retail wealth industry.
- Strategize on the process and execution.
- Partner with various Wintrust Investments departments in support of the recruiting strategic vison to develop including effective marketing tools collateral and social media content.
- Participate in the successful onboarding of new Financial Advisors by partnering with appropriate stakeholders
- Understanding of the financial markets including knowledge of investment products.
- Multitask by handling multiple requests concurrently.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the technology tools and established processes.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelors degree Business Finance Economics or Marketing preferred
- Previous experience in executive search and job placement
- Proven superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are essential.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word etc.)

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $55000 - $80000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
