Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams which build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Supply Chain Data Scientist located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the Supply Chain Data Scientist is responsible for making data-driven decisions and is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will work on designing and implementing web-based platforms managing large datasets and optimizing supply chain processes through advanced analytics.

What a typical day looks like:

• Apply advanced analytics statistical modeling and machine learning to solve supply chain problems.
• Translate business questions into quantitative models and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement scalable data solutions.
• Develop automated processes for data analysis model development and deployment.
• Conduct data quality testing and validation of analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations.
• Build and maintain prototype analytics applications and dashboards.
• Research and implement novel techniques in machine learning and statistical analysis.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in business or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Sr or mid experience in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R with strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server BigQuery Snowflake).
• Experience with REST APIs JSON/XML formats and version control tools (e.g. Git).
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Matplotlib Seaborn Streamlit Shiny or Dash.
• Ability to work in a diverse multicultural team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take responsibility for projects.
