Job Summary

Role Overview

This role offers hands-on exposure to loan documentation banking and finance transactions (including securitisation) capital markets real estate financing and general corporate work. Youll work closely with senior members of the legal team on deal execution transaction documentation and regulatory compliance across diverse financial and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft review and vet:
a) Loan agreements security documents debenture trust deeds and inter-creditor agreements
b) Transaction documents for securitisation and direct assignment deals
c) Term sheets framework agreements and board/shareholder resolutions
Prepare and review documentation related to capital market transactions (NCDs CCDs preferential issues etc.)
Conduct legal research on RBI SEBI MCA and Companies Act regulations relevant to NBFC and capital-market activities
Support the team in due diligence exercises compliance filings and coordination with external counsels
Prepare internal legal notes summaries trackers and reports for ongoing transactions
Assist in documentation for real-estate and general corporate transactions including business transfers leases and asset sales

Candidate Profile

Education: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized law school
Experience: 0-1 year (freshers with internship experience in banking/finance law are welcome)
Solid understanding of contract law company law and securities law
Strong drafting analytical and research skills
Keen interest in financial transactions capital markets and regulatory frameworks
