Job Description
Job Title -Oracle HCM Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant
Experience - 6 - 12 Years
Location - PAN India (Hybrid)
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirement:-
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes system configuration and integration within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
- Configure and maintain Payroll Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Execute data migration validation and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
- Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and user training.
- Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.
