Were a collaborative team looking for an Inventory Specialist who enjoys turning performance insights into action. Youll help us shape KPIs balance service and capital at SKU level and drive our MTS stock programs. If you thrive on teamwork and ownership this is the place to grow with us. What you will do

• Define implement and track a set of end-to-end indicators to systematically provide insights into development trends and performance
• Propose actions on SKU level to balance between working capital and service levels
• Collaborate across all teams to implement action plans
• Run and develop the MTS stock program
• Own and manage the execution of inventory reporting and tools

Who you are

• You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
• You possess a good knowledge of UPM business products and service offerings
• You have strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze low-level details
• You are an excellent team player who can work with multiple internal and international teams towards common goals and targets
• You have a good command of verbal and written English
• You are proficient in IT systems and planning software (e.g. SAP GMES Oracle). Experience with analytic tools such as Power BI is appreciated
