Your role may include:* Assisting with daily living activities (personal care meal preparation household tasks)* Supporting community participation and social engagement* Implementing individual support plans* Providing transport to appointments and recreational activities* Documenting progress notes and reporting any changes in clients needs#### **About You**You are someone who values respect empathy and empowerment.
