The salary range for this role based in New York is $68500.00 to $94200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a candidatesexperience skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

As a Data Management Analyst at Pernod Ricard youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality accuracy and reliability of the data that powers our business decisions. Youll help shape and maintain data systems that support customer fulfillment financial insights and global reportingdirectly influencing how we operate and grow. What youll do

• Maintain and optimize data structures across systems such as JD Edwards (E1) Profisee and Product Cloud to ensure consistent accurate and timely information across all business areas.
• Monitor and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transmissions resolving any failed data flows promptly to ensure seamless operations with trading partners.
• Develop and maintain clear up-to-date documentation for all data management processes to support knowledge sharing and training.
• Lead or contribute to data quality initiatives including automation and process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal partners across functionsincluding customer fulfillment finance and supply chainto align data standards and support critical business objectives.
• Serve as a data steward ensuring all systems meet governance compliance and accuracy standards that uphold Pernod Ricards commitment to excellence.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) Data Governance or Data Quality.
• Hands-on experience with related technologies (e.g. Web Services Java XML) and MDM tools or systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City three days per week.
