Requirements
What Youll Be Doing:
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant youll gain a solid foundation in recruitment working directly with both candidates and clients. Youll learn how to:
Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
Understand what drives candidates and match them to the right opportunities.
Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist market.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
