We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Operator to accurately input and manage data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail good typing skills and the ability to work independently from home. This is an easy routine computer-based role suitable for someone who enjoys organized consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in spreadsheets databases and internal systems
Check information for accuracy and completeness before submission
Correct errors and maintain data integrity
Organize store and manage digital files
Review and verify documents for consistency
Follow company guidelines for data management and confidentiality
Report any data inconsistencies to supervisors
Perform basic administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative role preferred (not required)
Basic computer and typing skills (minimum 3540 words per minute)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel Sheets etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and time management skills
