Salary and Benefits
- The Base Salary Range for this Position is $100000 - $111000
- $5000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities
- 100% Center Based
- M-F 8-5
- Case load: 8 patients
- Oversee ABA Treatment Plans for Clients
- Conduct Ongoing Supervision of RBTs on their Implementation of ABA procedures
- Complete Progress Reports for Clients as Required
- Conduct Skills and Behavioral Assessments (VB-MAPP Vineland-3 AFLS ABLLS PEAK etc.)
- Engage in Multidisciplinary Collaboration with Other Service Professionals (SLP OT PT School Teachers)
- Navigate Central Reach Software for Collecting and Analyzing Data
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- Desire to Work with Children Parents and Other Professionals
- Leadership/Supervisory highly preferred
- 3 years of experience as a BCBA
