Location: Williamsburg Brooklyn NYC (100% On-site)

Compensation: $150000 - $225000 (Base Salary) Competitive Equity

Backed by top-tier VCs and named to Forbes list of Next Billion Dollar Startups we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join as a foundational member of the engineering team.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will work directly with our founders designing building and launching new product features from the first line of code to production. You will have significant autonomy and ship real functionality every week tackling complex engineering problems that directly shape our product and business outcomes.

In this role you will:

Full-Stack Feature Ownership: Design build and launch high-quality maintainable products across the entire stack from the client to the server using React/ for the frontend and Python/Django/Postgres for the backend.
Complex Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges in marketplace design multimodal content understanding with large models (AI) and high-performance campaign optimization.
Architectural Influence: Contribute to major technical decisions ensuring systems are scalable performant and reliable in a high-growth environment.
Rapid Execution: Move with speed and efficiency delivering functional features weekly with full autonomy over project planning and execution.
Business Impact: Work in an environment where technical decisions directly shape product direction and business outcomes redefining the infrastructure for creator-led performance media.

Requirements

Experience: 4 years of experience as a strong generalist software engineer building and scaling high-quality maintainable products from the client to the server.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience with our core tech stack: React/ for the client and Python/Django/Postgres for the backend.
Environment: Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments comfortable with fast execution and high ownership.
System Design: Ability to tackle and architect solutions for complex engineering problems including marketplace dynamics and high-performance systems.
AI Familiarity: Experience or strong excitement for working with AI large models and multimodal content understanding in a production setting.
Mindset: Excited by ownership fast execution and driving real-world impact at a generational company.
