Job Summary
- Support requirement gathering and analysis for life insurance projects.
- Work with senior BAs and solution teams to document user stories functional specs and business processes.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs and confirm requirements.
- Collaborate with developers testers and architects to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
- Analyse and document system behaviour data flows and integration needs.
- Participate in workshops client demos and solution validation sessions.
Requirements
- 2 years as a Business Analyst with experience in Australian life insurance.
- Strong client-facing communication skills (workshops requirement sessions).
- Solid technical understanding: system behavior data models APIs integrations.
- Good documentation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach able to work with both business and technical teams
- Exposure to packaged software or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of group and/or retail life insurance.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.

Required Skills:
A skilled Power Platform Developer responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and the ability to create custom applications and workflows that enhance business processes What Youll Do: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps. Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Create and manage data visualizations and reports using Power BI. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members Requirements What You Bring Were looking for someone who: Essential: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service). Experience needed: 35 years mid to senior-level experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role Desirable: Microsoft Power Platform Certifications. Experience with SharePoint Dataverse and other Microsoft 365 services.
