Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls responding to customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

  • Support campaigns or projects that require customer engagement or feedback collection.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.

  • Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time quality and customer satisfaction.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Olevel OND or Bachelors degree in any discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a structured environment with minimal supervision.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office CRM tools or related systems).

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Positive attitude professionalism and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
