The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls responding to customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
Support campaigns or projects that require customer engagement or feedback collection.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.
Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum of an Olevel OND or Bachelors degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a structured environment with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office CRM tools or related systems).
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive attitude professionalism and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
