Job Summary

Oversee and manage the household team including housekeepers gardener driver and maintenance staff.
Train and supervise local helpers and coordinators in the country to maintain consistent service standards.
Ensure the residence is kept in impeccable condition with attention to detail in presentation cleanliness and functionality.
Coordinate household schedules maintenance and special projects as needed.
Operate from the home office located in the houses basement.
When the family is in Singapore availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays is required. When the family is overseas (approximately 50% of the year) the House Manager may take four days off.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior hospitality roles such as General Manager Director of Rooms or Executive Housekeeper in reputable hotels with high service standards.
Strong sense of organization discretion and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Appreciation for beauty aesthetics and maintaining a refined household environment.
Able to communicate effectively in English Malay and Mandarin or Hokkien.
