- Oversee and manage the household team including housekeepers gardener driver and maintenance staff.
- Train and supervise local helpers and coordinators in the country to maintain consistent service standards.
- Ensure the residence is kept in impeccable condition with attention to detail in presentation cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate household schedules maintenance and special projects as needed.
- Operate from the home office located in the houses basement.
- When the family is in Singapore availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays is required. When the family is overseas (approximately 50% of the year) the House Manager may take four days off.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior hospitality roles such as General Manager Director of Rooms or Executive Housekeeper in reputable hotels with high service standards.
- Strong sense of organization discretion and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Appreciation for beauty aesthetics and maintaining a refined household environment.
- Able to communicate effectively in English Malay and Mandarin or Hokkien.
