REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements for Employment: Minimum age of 18 years. Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU member country. No criminal convictions or pending legal proceedings. Valid driving license. Valid Armed Security Guard license (or strong motivation to obtain it). Excellent knowledge of English (reading writing speaking). Education/Experience: Previous work experience in security public services (police firefighters) or military background is preferred. Skills (demonstrated through experience training and/or testing): Ability to meet and maintain all applicable state provincial and municipal licensing requirements for security officers. Knowledge of basic security and fire control procedures. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to observe situations and make decisions. Ability to meet and maintain required skills certifications or authorizations for assigned accounts. Knowledge of security operations and procedures. Ability to learn to operate a variety of security and protective devices. Ability to follow and maintain scheduled assignments. Ability to maintain professional composure in unusual situations. WORKING CONDITIONS Physical and mental ability to perform all essential functions effectively is required.
