Job Summary
Role: TGT English Teacher
Location: Vanki Rajasthan

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English language instruction aligned with the curriculum for grades 15.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methodologies including storytelling games and interactive activities.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations providing timely feedback to support learning.
- Create a positive inclusive and safe classroom environment that encourages participation curiosity and confidence in language use.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance behavior and developmental milestones.
- Utilize digital tools and classroom resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Participate in professional development workshops staff meetings and school events as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education (.)
- Proficiency in teaching English at the primary level with a strong command of grammar vocabulary and phonics.
- 25 years of proven experience as a PRT or primary-level English teacher in a recognized school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with NCERT curriculum and state board syllabi for primary education.
- Willingness to work in a rural or semi-urban educational setting in Vanki Rajasthan.
- PRT English certification as per state or national guidelines.
