Job Summary

Mandatory Skills: .Net Azure technologies Solutioning capability Team leading capability10 -15 years of complete SDLC experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an enterprise / solution architect or similar positionMinimum 3 years of experience in transforming complex business requirements/plans into workable technology solutionsVery good understanding in design principles web standards and concepts coding best practices and end-to-end software development life cycleMust possess Excellent Technical and team leadership skillsFamiliarity with server architectures and extensive experience in architecting / designing Cloud Microservices and/or distributed systemsSound knowledge in different deployment architectures release engineering and DevOpsCreative Innovative thought leader who can create a culture of learning sharing among millennialsExtensive experience and knowledge in one of the core technologies such as Cloud Data in following agile methodology and/or working in scrum teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills with clearly communicate designs thoughts and ideas and ability to adjust the communications based on the audiencePrepare Detailed Estimates and Proposals for Client requirementDefine Create and Build reusable assets for large/complex projects Defining project standards and procedures contribute to continuous improvement activities related to issues management or quality processesAdvanced problem solving and analytical skills and ability to automate processesNice to Have:Working with Geographically distributed teams and experience in onsite-offshore team modelsGood understanding of front-end technologies such as React and Angular
