About the Role:
Were seeking a highly organized and creative LinkedIn Handler to manage and grow the personal LinkedIn presence of our Founder and senior leadership team. The goal is to amplify thought leadership build strategic visibility attract partnerships and position our leaders as industry authorities in hospitality logistics and outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Brand Management
- Manage daily posting engagement and DM follow-ups for 35 leadership profiles.
- Draft professional posts motivational messages and insights aligned with each leaders voice and tone.
- Maintain consistent personal brand themes across leadership profiles (vision culture expansion motivation).
2. Content Creation & Strategy
- Prepare a weekly calendar of post ideas (personal business motivational and achievement highlights).
- Write high-impact copy for text carousel and video posts that resonate with business owners recruiters and clients.
- Repurpose WhatsApp messages speeches or internal updates into public-facing leadership posts.
3. Engagement & Networking
- Proactively comment on relevant industry posts using the leaders profiles to boost reach.
- Build connections with top voices founders and hotel/logistics/outsourcing professionals.
- Manage inbound DMs and tag leadership in key conversations awards or features.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track weekly growth (followers engagement impressions connection quality).
- Suggest new strategies trends and content angles based on analytics.
- Present biweekly reports with top-performing posts and audience insights.
Requirements
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills with strong business understanding.
- Experience handling C-suite or entrepreneur LinkedIn accounts.
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms engagement triggers and personal branding trends.
- Skilled in tools like Sales Navigator Shield Analytics and scheduling platforms (Buffer/Later).
- Highly discreet and trustworthy handling confidential leadership communications.
