Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing management accounts supporting financial planning and ensuring strong financial control across multiple entities gaining great exposure to Residential Commercial and Hospitality construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
- Oversee bank reconciliations supplier payments and cost allocation across business units.
- Support budgeting forecasting and cashflow management processes.
- Assist with year-end financial statements audit preparation and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA ACCA or CIMA) with 1 - 3 years post-qualified experience.
- Strong financial reporting and management accounting skills.
- Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
