Job Summary

Job Description

Safely load and unload goods from vehicles trailers and pallets
Ensure items are secured and handled correctly to prevent damage
Operate counterbalance to move stack load and unload materials
Follow all health & safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
Report any issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
Transport materials to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
Assist with picking and preparing order
Always wear required PPE and follow company safety policies.
Payrate for warehouse ops Days: 12.30ph Nights : 13.53ph . Shift Pattern 12hours 4on and 4 Off Days/Nights
Payrate for warehouse Forklift driver: Days 13.55ph and Nights: 14.50ph Shift Pattern 12hours 4on and 4 Off Days/Nights

Requirements

Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance)
Previous experience working in a warehouse logistics or distribution centres
Experience to driver forklift counterbalance
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required (lifting stacking moving palletsetc
Willingness to work various shifts including nights or weekends if required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

Required Skills:

Valid LGV2 (Category C) licence Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card Lorry Loader (HIAB) Remote Grab certification Experience with grab work in a similar role Strong commitment to safety and customer service Flexibility to work across the South East and on varying shift patterns
