The Applications Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and coordination of various IT projects within the organization. This role ensures that all components of IT projects are aligned executed efficiently and meet the strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple IT application projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational strategy and business goals.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Oversee resource allocation task assignments and performance tracking.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among technical teams stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor project progress prepare status reports and provide regular updates to management.
