As part of the Business Intelligence Team within the Market Intelligence group you will join a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the highest levels of content quality operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Team collaborates closely with data operations engineering and products. The Impact:
As a Sr. Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in enhancing the integrity and accuracy of our data processes. Your contributions will support our initiatives in automating workflows and defining content policies ultimately leading to improved client satisfaction and operational excellence. The role will also offer opportunities to collaborate on complex data integration projects and interact closely with product development teams giving you exposure to various aspects of business intelligence data governance and content management.

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:

  • One of your core responsibilities will be to implement and monitor data quality checks. These checks are essential for ensuring that the data we provide is accurate reliable and up-to-date.
  • You will be involved in developing automated workflows that aim to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. By creating robust logic frameworks and automation tools you will help improve the speed and accuracy of processes within the team.
  • As a Senior Operations Specialist you will also serve as a key point of contact for content-related inquiries from clients. Your role will involve understanding their requirements troubleshooting any data or content-related issues and providing them with the information they need in a timely manner.
  • You will be responsible for defining and establishing content guidelines that govern the handling management and usage of data and content across various internal teams. These policies will ensure consistency security and compliance in how content is managed within the organization.
  • Regular audits of the content will be an integral part of your role. You will conduct periodic random data quality checks to assess the integrity of the data and identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to analyze and refine the datasets that will be utilized in the development of new products.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who have a strong foundation in operations and are passionate about working with data and content management processes. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and willing to contribute to the success of the team. You should possess a mix of technical analytical and interpersonal skills that allow you to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders across different regions.

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience particularly in a role that involves working with Visible Alpha product and processes or similar data management platforms.
  • A solid understanding of workflow tools used in operations and a basic knowledge of databases (SQL or other database systems) is highly desirable. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to spot trends within data modules assess data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable presenting data-driven insights to various stakeholders including senior leadership and clients.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment collaborating with colleagues from different locations while also being self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without compromising on quality or deadlines
