Job Summary
Job Description
On site: for this position is required to be on site every day
What you will do (responsabilities):
Lead a factory department autonomously and strategically (production maintenance quality safety and productivity)
Contribute to the launch of high-quality products
Implement and ensure the effectiveness of Lean Manufacturing systems
Promote a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and operational excellence
Solve complex problems with autonomy and initiative involving different areas of the organization
Interact closely with manufacturing engineering product engineering and other company areas ensuring the manufacturing
Location: Gravataí/RS
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors Degree (Engineering will be a diferential)
English advanced (mandatory)
Previous experience in Manufacturing area
Previous Formal Leadership Experience (mandatory)
Availability to work at Gravataí plant
