Job Summary

Job Description

  • On site: for this position is required to be on site every day

    What you will do (responsabilities):

  • Lead a factory department autonomously and strategically (production maintenance quality safety and productivity)

  • Contribute to the launch of high-quality products

  • Implement and ensure the effectiveness of Lean Manufacturing systems

  • Promote a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Solve complex problems with autonomy and initiative involving different areas of the organization

  • Interact closely with manufacturing engineering product engineering and other company areas ensuring the manufacturing

  • Location: Gravataí/RS

  • Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

    • Bachelors Degree (Engineering will be a diferential)

    • English advanced (mandatory)

    • Previous experience in Manufacturing area

    • Previous Formal Leadership Experience (mandatory)

    • Availability to work at Gravataí plant

This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
