Job Summary
Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Coordinator
GCSAA is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to process invoicing remote bank deposits credit card settlements membership renewals month-end closing account reconciliations and cash receipt batches while serving as a primary call center team member. This position also assists with conference registration both online and onsite.

Qualified candidates:
- Must be personable with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism
- Must be organized and have the ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative or accounting duties and providing superior customer service
- Must be able to travel to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (5-6 days annually) and provide onsite support for registration operations
- Must have solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word Outlook)
- Preferred candidates will possess an associates or bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or other related field (or have equivalent professional experience)
- Familiarity with the game of golf is a plus but not required
- Must live within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Lawrence KS

Hourly pay rate will be $18.00 - $19.00/hour. In addition to GCSAAs attractive compensation/benefits package we also provide generous paid leave a hybrid work schedule and allow for community involvement opportunities.
