Position Overview
Youll perform advanced diagnostics engine repairs and maintenance on Ford gasoline vehicles in a modern climate-controlled facility. Were looking for a Ford Master-Certified Technician with at least 5 years of dealership experience and strong drivability and diagnostic ability.
Compensation
$45$65 per flag hour based on certification and experience
Production-based incentives and performance bonuses
Paid training and certification reimbursement

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Ford gasoline engines electrical and drivability concerns
Perform all work per Ford Motor Company and dealership standards
Maintain active Ford STARS training certifications
Communicate clearly with service advisors and foreman
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

Requirements
Ford Master Certification (Gasoline Engine specialty required)
5 years Ford dealership or OEM-certified experience
