Job Summary
What you will do:
Responsible for IND sector DFC process and Analysis including
- Deal assessment and approval as finance gatekeeper.
- DFC process streamlining and optimization assist in communicating the standard process to commercial teams.
- Monthly tracking of contract renewal/new contract sign off including pricing GMI (actual vs plan) provide insights/recommendations for GAP identified.
- GIT clearance work with commercial team to clear aged GIT balance and keep tracking of the progress.
- Participate in the AR collection meeting connect dots with customer/deal assessment.
- Capex planning forecast and actual tracking process.
- Maintain and refresh GTW report.
- Ad-hoc analysis to drive P&L
- Ad-hoc project support to drive business growth facilitate decision making of the management team.
Champion for region financial performance improvement.
- Grow to Win; drive business insight on growth region view on business gain attrition consumption increase and decrease.
- Region cash flow and working capital performance.
- Enterprise excellence initiatives
- Gross Margin improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above in Accounting or Finance (not mandatory)
- 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance experience in auditing firm preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
