Job Summary:

Plans coordinates and delivers training and staff development programs for Security Officers Supervisors and other employees. Develops and adapts programs for specific sites and customers.

Responsibilities:

Assess Developmental Training Needs Through Observations and Collaboration with The Management Team and Human Resources.
Deliver Engaging Training on Topics Such as Leadership Fundamentals Coaching & Feedback Communication Company Policies Conflict Resolution and Performance Management.
Provide One-on-One Coaching to Supervisors.
Partner with Management Team to Reinforce Training.
Measure Training Impact Through Performance Indicators (Officer Feedback / Turnover).
Assist in Onboarding Investigate Allegations and Partner with AHRM for Resolution.
Focusing on Improving Employee Retention.
Officer Advocate.

Position Qualifications:

Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
Helps Sustain Client and Employee Retention.
Prior Supervisory or Leadership Experience.
Ability to Collect and Verify Information Through Interviews Documents and Other Sources.
Skills In Identifying Patterns Inconsistencies and Credibility in Statements or Evidence.
Is Organized Self-Disciplined Technologically Savvy Compliant and Communicates Timely and Effectively at All Levels.

Education/Experience:

At Least 18 Years of Age.
Bachelors Degree and 1 Year of Training Experience.
Associates Degree and 3 Years of Progressively Responsible Related Experience.
Or An Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience Sufficient to Perform the Essential Functions of The Job as Determined by The Company.
Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for The Required Education on The Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
