We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to drive the design development and delivery of impactful enablement programs that accelerate sales performance and improve tool this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiativesfrom onboarding and technology enablement to content strategy and program analytics.
You will partner closely with the Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager and the Field Readiness team supporting our GTM field functionsincluding Regional Sales Managers Sales Engineers Renewal Managers Sales Development Partner Organization Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managersto deliver programs that empower our teams to succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Management & Enablement Execution
- Drive the design development and delivery of comprehensive enablement programs tailored to sales roles and business priorities.
- Manage program timelines stakeholders and content from inception to execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales RevOps Marketing HR and IT to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Analyze program effectiveness through feedback metrics and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Onboarding & Role Readiness
- Design and facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for GTM field teams.
- Coordinate live and virtual onboarding sessions.
- Maintain and develop role-based learning paths and 30/60/90-day readiness checkpoints to ensure successful ramp-up.
- Collaborate with leadership and enablement leads to provide smooth transitions into new roles.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Create high-quality engaging learning contentincluding eLearning modules videos job aids and playbooksbased on adult learning principles.
- Develop blended learning programs that integrate self-paced content with live instruction for reinforcement.
- Manage and maintain content repositories within the LMS or enablement platform for easy field access.
Sales Tools & Technology Enablement
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure process documentation aligns with tool training.
- Design scalable learning programs that drive adoption of our sales technology stack.
- Deliver live or virtual training on sales tools and platforms; create how-to guides video demos and quick reference materials.
- Continuously monitor tool utilization and learning engagement to optimize training approaches.
Facilitation & Engagement
- Facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) sessions workshops and office hours to reinforce learning objectives.
- Foster first-year engagement through continued touchpoints and ongoing development activities.
- Share best practices success stories and key learnings across teams to strengthen a culture of enablement excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You will thrive if you:
- Bring 4 years of experience in sales enablement instructional design onboarding or L&D.
- Have strong understanding of sales processes go-to-market motions and the tools that support them.
- Are proficient in LMS and content creation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Articulate Descript Camtasia).
- Excel at communication facilitation and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
- Use data and analytics to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
- Stay curiouseager to adopt emerging technologies like AI to innovate learning delivery and engagement.
- Care deeply about fostering employee engagement inclusion and belonging from day one through the first year.
- Travel 10-15%
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $93400-$140100. In addition this role is eligible for a bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors including location skills experience and education.

$93400 - $140100 USD
