Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg Tele for an exciting job in Syracuse NY.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient-centered care on med/surg and telemetry units.
Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor interpret and document telemetry rhythms and patient responses.
Administer medications initiate IVs and perform lab draws as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care coordination.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Document care accurately using EPIC EMR.
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge care.
Work every other weekend and select holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications:

License: Active NY RN License (required).
Certifications: AHA BLS (required).
Experience:
- 1.5 2 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years).
- Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Skills: Proficient in telemetry monitoring IV insertion phlebotomy and strong clinical assessment.
