Position Overview:
The Reimbursement Administrator is responsible for the processing of paperwork and payment of reimbursements related to Cares Backup Care Reimbursement program. The Reimbursement Administrator ensures that payments are paid to our clients in a timely manner. The Reimbursement Administrator provides day-to-day oversight and hands-on organization maintenance and processing of the Enhanced Back-up Care Reimbursement claim addition clear record-keeping of utilization and payment must be recorded in our case management system.

- This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week and the schedule is Monday-Friday
What Youll Do:
- Process Backup Care reimbursement requests
- Guarantee that client needs are successfully met through timely payment and thorough communication.
- Update and monitor files that track information vital to maintaining and supervising reimbursements.
- Work with Care Specialists to answer client questions regarding reimbursement requests.
- Familiarity with the various program business requirements when administering payment.
- Contact clients to discuss reimbursement documentation and eligibility.
- Ensure accuracy and credibility of payouts by maintaining LifeCares case management and record-keeping systems.
- Generate workflows and procedures to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance through timely payment and processing
Who You Are:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Related experience in health insurance or services environment in a high-volume operation preferred.
- Prior experience in accounts payable is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including in-person telephonic and web-based.
- Excellent organizational administrative and project management skills with proven ability to work independently and as a team to accomplish goals.
- Database management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are required.
