Job Summary
Superintendent - Cladding
Location: Surrey OfficeSt Surrey BC V3Z 1A5
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $80000-$110000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly every second Friday
Reports To: Senior Vice President Western Region

As we continue to grow were looking for a Senior Cladding Superintendent to lead and support our on-site operations in our Surrey office. What Youll Do
- Schedule and manage crews on-site to ensure an efficient project lifecycle
- Act as a liaison with general contractors architects engineers consultants and inspection agencies
- Ensure all safety regulations and scheduling requirements are met or exceeded
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project timelines
- Communicate daily with office teams coordinators and purchasers to streamline operations
- Attend meetings as required including but not limited to startup on-site turnover and coordination
- Act proactively to determine and coordinate project access equipment
- Ensure QA/QC is closely monitored and production goals are met
- Assist in and direct the hiring of field employees
- Coach and mentor team members
- Responsible for the contractual performance of a project
- Adapt to changing project demands and provide solutions in real-time scenarios
- Support and aid in estimating labour on projects
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 5 years of cladding experience in a leadership role such as a foreman or superintendent
- Strong knowledge of cladding systems building envelope standards building codes and high-performance builds.
- RCABC background with a solid understanding of apprenticeship programs is considered an asset
- Journeyman certification or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to read interpret and manage construction drawings specifications and safety standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to adjust and adapt in a high-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to use programs such as Outlook Bluebeam Excel Word etc.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Strong leadership and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
