We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team and elevate the level of experience we offer to our valued clients.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression our customers have of our brand. The way you make people feel is what they will remember more than anything and your responsibilities will revolve around creating a warm welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a cheerful and welcoming attitude with every guest always deliver an ultra-luxury experience.
  • Support the Holman culture through accountability positivity and teamwork.
  • Answer phones for all incoming calls with a warm transfer - Phones must never be unattended or transferred to the automated attendant during business hours.
  • Reception for walk-in customers assist customer by obtaining a salesperson or proper department.
  • Attend to guest with refreshments and snacks.
  • Prepare FedEx labels sort schedule FedEx pickups and distribute incoming mail.
  • Assist with staff events and catering.
  • Maintain all the refrigerators with refreshments filled and fill snacks daily.
  • Maintain a proper stock of refreshments and snacks not to exceed 30 days.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies order supplies through the proper channels only with management approval.
  • Create POs for the Sales & F&I department.
  • Assist with monthly sales reports to the DMV.
  • Prepare buyers guides for in-stock vehicles and laminate guides w/ window stickers
  • Maintain and update Dealer Socket with sales and service clients.
  • Maintain OEMs AM Sales Force Bentley Orbit Rolls-Royce Sales Force add customers opportunities and test drives. Make sure we are meeting our monthly requirements.
  • Provide lateral support to all departments.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 2-5 years professional level work experience
  • Prior experience within ultra-luxury retail or supporting ultra-high net worth individuals preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Solution oriented mindset ability to think on your feet to solve problems across various situations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate guest information
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can also work independently.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems point-of-sale software and other relevant technology.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
