Introduction
Deel Immigration is a service that helps companies founders and individuals with the complex process of obtaining work visas and relocating employees.
Deel Immigration operates in over 70 countries and handles various visa types including Work Permits Digital Nomad visas and Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visas. The platform is integrated with Deels global HR system which streamlines the visa sponsorship process alongside the creation of a work contract for a new hire.

• For Companies: The service helps HR and people teams streamline the relocation and work permit process for employees in over 70 countries. It provides seamless dedicated support from in-house immigration experts allowing companies to easily hire and sponsor talent abroad.

• For Founders & Individuals: It offers expert guidance to founders seeking visas to relocate such as the O-1 visa in the U.S. and helps individuals secure visas for both short-term remote work (e.g. in Spain) and permanent moves like obtaining a Green Card.

• The service is designed to be a fast-track solution providing a dedicated case manager and an AI-powered platform to handle every step of the visa application process. This includes preparing applications organizing consulate appointments and ensuring a successful outcome while removing the burden of paperwork and potential rejections.

• What is a Global Mobility Team (video): on Deel Immigration: our Sales Development Representative Deel Immigration youll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that youll create to the bottom line playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team market research to identify new potential customers and leads and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.

  Responsibilities

  • Drive Deels growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business for the APAC region (except GCR) B2B business for Deel Immigration.

  • Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.

  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls emails events webinars and assorted campaigns.

  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process supporting marketing activities prospect touch-points and the handoff to an Account Executive.

  • Generate email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

  Requirements:

  • Based in Singapore

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and remote team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated results-driven and eager to learn

  • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus

  • You are smart and work hard

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset

  • You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert

  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

  • You have worked for an HR or Fintech company preferred

  • Youve worked at a fast-growing startup preferred

  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team preferred
