The role:
APMT MVII is located at a pivotal point for global trade and is part of APMs logistical footprint at MVII together with STAR Container and 2 warehouses of Maersk L&S. The complexity of the security landscape has increased over the years because of this but also due to global developments in logistic security. The Head of Security manages this complexity by aligning and coordinating security (policies) throughout our concession and partnering with relevant stakeholders to proactively manage threats to our company in alignment with the global APMT security strategy. The heads of HSE and Security stay closely aligned and will act as stand in for each other.

Key responsibilities:

Security Strategy

• Create and execute MVII Security strategy & plan.

• Create and execute crisis management business continuity and emergency response
  plans.

• Compliance to security regulations.

• Compliance to a.o. ISPS AEO and GDPR regulations and member of respective groups
  in which you work together with the compliance officer finance and IT security
  manager to monitor APMT MVII privacy policy.

One security organization

• Create an aligned security organization across the MVII concession that is built for:

  • High flexibility

  • Cost effectiveness

  • High Responsiveness

• Drive the Security and Hazardous Cargo team.

• Contract management.

• The Head of Security maintains relationships with external stakeholders. (eg. Police Port
  Authority Customs DCMR IL&T and APMT Headquarters.)

• Acts as Head of emergency response / BCM coordinator; available 24/7 as H-emergency
  response and PFSO.

• Drive security projects.
