Checkr is seeking a Senior Account Manager with proven relationship management experience to monitor our clients needs and ensure they receive products and services on this role your responsibilities are to manage our Enterprise accounts while partnering with Customer Success to ensure customer happiness and health. You must closely monitor client portfolios and work to recognize opportunities for increasing company revenue while in parallel managing the end to end renewal process.

What youll do

  • Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Review client portfolios and communicate upgrades or other opportunities that may benefit them
  • Work closely with Client Support and Customer Success to maintain customer health and identify risk.

What you bring

  • A bachelors degree in business or marketing (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of proven sales or account management experience
  • High technical aptitude and clear communication skills
  • A mathematical approach to pricing and proposal positioning
  • Strong time management skills and project prioritization
  • Skills in customer relationship management proposal writing and portfolio management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM software and Outreach

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco CA)

$165000 - $194000 USD

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver CO)

$139000 - $164000 USD

At Checkr we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration drives innovation and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver CO San Francisco CA and Santiago Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026 hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per -office perks are provided such as lunch four times a week a commuter stipend and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
