What Youll Do as an Automotive Sales Associate:
Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and expertise
Assess customer needs and match them to the perfect Ford model
Deliver standout walkarounds and test-drive experiences that highlight features
Present financing lease and purchase options with clarity and trust
Close deals with professionalism and integrity
Maintain CRM records follow up with leads and nurture relationships with past customers
Stay current on model updates incentives and competitive market offerings
Were Looking for Someone Who:
Hassales experience
Demonstrates strong communication relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
Is goal-driven organized and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic setting
Holds a valid drivers license and maintains a clean driving record

Requirements:
Minimum3years of sales experience(required)
- History of success in sales

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

$50000 - $100000
- Salary Bonus and Commission
- Total Compensation is based upon experience performance etc.
