Job Description
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake to resolution.
- Conduct initial client consultations case evaluations and strategy planning.
- Gather review and analyze evidence including medical records and police reports.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients insurance adjusters and medical providers.
- Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with the litigation team on cases progressing to trial.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Missouri Bar license; Illinois license preferred.
- 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
- Excellent negotiation communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
