Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in the logistics and transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
- Meet potential clients to understand their logistics needs and offer customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and service agreements.
- Maintain a database of clients and track sales performance.
Requirements:
- 13 years of sales experience (experience in logistics industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must have own vehicle for client visits (EV preferred).
- Sales-driven proactive and target-oriented.
