Job Summary
Overview
- We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
- Salary: 90000 - 100000 gross per year with willingness to overpay
- Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)
Tasks
Identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
Present the platforms value proposition
Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Your profile
5 years of B2B sales experience in Web3 or financial services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of blockchain tokenization or digital assets is a major plus
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven strategic thinker and a team player
Fluent in English and German; Further Language is a plus
