Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapistfor an exciting job in Neptune NJ.

Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory therapy treatments diagnostic evaluations patient education and disease management.
Assist with intubations and manage ventilators including setup monitoring and adjustment.
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions treatment plans and equipment use.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
Document all respiratory care activities and patient progress accurately and timely.
Participate in departmental initiatives and comply with all organizational policies and care standards.
Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients families and staff.
Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 5 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
BLS (AHA) required; ACLS and PALS required.
Strong critical thinking adaptability and accountability in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for delivering safe high-quality patient-focused care.
