Job Summary

Rice Lake West a self-performing general contractor building water and wastewater treatment plants in the Plains States and Colorado has an immediate full-time long-term opening for a Field Engineer in North Platte NE.

Primary Function:The Field Engineer is responsible for monitoring updating and coordinating construction site planning activities logs documentation and quality.

Educational Background:Bachelors Degree - Construction Management Civil Engineering or Equivalent - or - Two-Year Technical Degree in Construction Technology - or ->3 years relevant trade experience performing a leadership role on highway heavy industrial or commercial construction.

Practical Knowledge:Construction Means & Methods Site Layout Match and Complex Calculations Critical Thinking as it applies to the breakdown and interpretation of Specifications and Plans Scheduling Materials Scheduling Data Analysis Organizational Methods Writing Skills Leadership and Communication.

Work Experience:Minimum 3 yearsrelevant trade experience in highway heavy industrial or commercial construction including document review scheduling and materials scheduling - or - post-secondary study resulting in Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.

Computer Skills Applied:Microsoft Office Products Cloud Based Applications PDF Based Work Flow Scheduling Software Total Station.
