Mold Keeper / Encargado de Moldes
Responsabilidades principales:
Almacenar adecuadamente los moldes cuando no están en uso.
Realizar limpieza regular de los moldes después de cada ciclo de producción.
Identificar desgaste o daños y reportarlos para reparación o reemplazo.
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo de acuerdo con los planes establecidos.
Registrar la trazabilidad del uso mantenimiento y condición de cada molde.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.
Colaborar con el área de mantenimiento mecánico para reparaciones correctivas.
Verificar que los moldes estén completos limpios y listos antes de su instalación.
Requisitos del puesto:
Secundaria completa o técnico en mecánica industrial mantenimiento o carrera afín.
Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en manejo y mantenimiento de moldes (preferentemente en inyección de plástico o fundición).
Conocimiento de herramientas manuales medición y lectura de planos técnicos (deseable).
Habilidad para levantar peso y trabajar en ambientes industriales.
Conocimiento básico de seguridad industrial.
