What Youll Be Doing:

    • Master our training program and follow our proven processes for success.
    • Close sales and crush targets every deal you land drives your income higher.
    • Generate leads and build relationships with brokers sales agents and purchasers consistently no opportunities left behind.
    • Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers brokers and agents with professionalism and confidence.
    • Own the pre-construction sales process from first contact to signed agreements.
    • Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding our service standards.
    • Attend regular team huddles with full engagement.
    • Master our CRM and sales tools to track your pipeline and keep deals moving.

What You Bring:

    • A relentless hunters mindset you chase opportunities and dont wait for them to come to you.
    • Proven closing ability (pre-construction experience is a plus but not mandatory if you can sell).
    • Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market financing and GTHA communities.
    • Strong negotiation skills to deliver the best results for purchasers and Adi.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with people.
    • Willingness to work evenings weekends and put in the hours needed to close deals.
    • Real estate license not required (existing licenses must be parked).
