Job Summary

Description

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in a variety of physical tasks to help keep the shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented possess strong hand-eye coordination and have experience using hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Sand repair and paint bins to ensure they are in rent-ready condition.

Communicate with management and co-workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Work effectively to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory.

Organize and maintain cleanliness of shop.

Make deliveries and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
