The Role

We have a newly created opportunity for a Contracts Manager (Procurement) in our Major Capital Projects team. This team is delivering a dynamic pipeline of projects that will shape the future of Crown. This role is central to managing the procurement process for all suppliers involved in these projects. Its a great opportunity to contribute to a transformative regeneration initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing tenders processes and procedures and conducting commercial and contractual evaluations of suppliers across Major Capital Projects.
• Planning developing and overseeing procurement activities to ensure efficiency cost-effectiveness quality reliability and timely delivery.
• Implementing best-practice procurement strategies including performance-based contracting partnerships and panel arrangements.
• Ensuring compliance with tendering and procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with the broader Procurement team and internal stakeholders to identify and manage supplier due diligence requirements.

About You

Youre an experienced procurement professional with strong contract management capabilities. Youve worked on large-scale projects and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Ideally you bring experience from the construction industry and a track record of successful project delivery.

Youll also bring:

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing the commercial aspects of major projects.
• Strong planning organisational and reporting skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and fostering productive partnerships.
