Job Summary

Were seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan Co.

At Salud our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management self-efficacy and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud you will perform routine clinic operations take histories and make physical assessments all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

We offer:

  • Starting Annual Salary - $105000 to $138750
  • Up to $5000 Relocation Package

Qualifications :

Education:

  • Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure:

  • Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience:

  •  3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
