Job Description
The Client Relationship Representative will serve as the primary link between our clients and the Elevare Branding team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment enjoys building lasting relationships and takes pride in ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining communication understanding client objectives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Understand client goals and provide tailored branding solutions in alignment with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project delivery and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Prepare and present updates reports and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of client communications project timelines and performance metrics.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand services.
