About the Role:
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to assist with outreach lead generation and customer support. This position focuses on professional communication and helping customers learn about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to provide information and support to customers.
Assist in following up with potential leads and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.

Support communication efforts between departments as needed.
